Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Demonstrated effective written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Collegiate volleyball playing and/or coaching experience
- Ability to travel for competition and recruiting with most travel occurring evenings and weekends
Nice To Haves
- Coaching/recruiting experience in women’s volleyball
- Developing a strength and conditioning plan
- Knowledge of and commitment to NCAA rules
