EXL is seeking a dynamic and experienced analytics leader to join our growing Digital News & Media Analytics Practice. In this role, you will define and execute the analytical vision for our digital publishing ecosystem—driving data-informed decisions across content, product, audience, and monetization strategies. You will lead a high-performing team of product analysts and digital implementation engineers, shaping the future of how we measure, understand, and grow audience engagement. You’ll work closely with leaders across Newsroom, Digital Marketing, Commerce & Advertising, D2C Products, and Audience Development, bringing analytical rigor, structured problem solving, and strategic foresight to every engagement. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of media, data science, ML deployment, and digital product innovation— someone who’s as comfortable designing measurement frameworks and BI dashboards as they are operationalizing machine learning models
