For additional information please visit our website at www.oaktreecapital.com . Role Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Integrations Lead to join our team. This role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining complex Workday integrations while serving as a technical leader within the team. The ideal candidate will bring both deep technical expertise and strong leadership skills, with the ability to guide junior developers, manage priorities, and collaborate effectively with peers and senior stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of hands-on experience designing and delivering complex Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIBs, and Core Connectors.
  • Strong proficiency in Workday integration technologies and cloud-based integration patterns.
  • Experience with Workday Financials and HCM modules.
  • Familiarity with Azure integration technologies (e.g., Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Data Factory, Service Bus).
  • Demonstrated experience in technical leadership, including code review and coaching junior developers.
  • Experience leading a development team and managing a backlog of work in an Agile or iterative environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with enterprise integration platforms, middleware technologies, and Azure integration services.
  • Exposure to DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks.
  • Cloud-native development experience and a passion for innovation, including experimenting with new tools and approaches.
  • Experience leveraging AI technologies to enhance integration design, automation, or analytics.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to partner across technical teams and business stakeholders, including senior leadership.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance technical detail and strategic business priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Integration Design & Development: Architect, design, and deliver robust and scalable Workday integrations, with expertise in Workday Studio, Core Connectors and Enterprise Interface Builders (EIBs).
  • Technical Leadership: Conduct code reviews, set development standards, and provide coaching and mentorship to junior developers to strengthen the team’s capabilities.
  • Team Leadership & Delivery Management: Lead a team of offshore Workday integration developers, manage a backlog of integration requests, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
  • Collaboration & Partnership: Work closely with peer architects, project managers, and cross-functional teams to align roadmaps and integration strategies.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with senior business and technology leaders to understand requirements, communicate solutions, and manage expectations effectively.
  • Continuous Improvement: Recommend and implement best practices, tools, and processes to optimize integration development and operational efficiency.
