About The Position

In this role We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow FSO and Property & Casualty (P&C) Consultant to lead and support digital transformation initiatives for financial institutions and insurance providers. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in ServiceNow Financial Services Operations (FSO) and a strong understanding of Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance processes, helping clients streamline workflows, improve customer experience, and enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in ServiceNow implementation with a focus on FSO and/or Insurance industry solutions.
  • Strong understanding of P&C insurance processes, including claims management, underwriting, and policy administration.
  • Hands-on experience in ServiceNow FSO module implementation (including Case Management, Client Lifecycle Operations, and Complaints Management).
  • Knowledge of ITIL, ServiceNow ITSM, and regulatory compliance in the financial and insurance sector.
  • Experience integrating ServiceNow with Guidewire, Duck Creek, or other core insurance platforms is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
  • ServiceNow certifications (FSO, ITSM, or other relevant credentials) preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Experience working with mid-to-large insurance companies in a consulting or technical advisory role.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered automation and digital transformation trends in financial services.
  • Exposure to ServiceNow App Engine for custom insurance workflow development.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the implementation of ServiceNow FSO for financial institutions and insurance providers.
  • Analyze, design, and configure ServiceNow workflows to optimize claims processing, underwriting, policy management, and regulatory compliance in P&C insurance.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to identify pain points and propose tailored solutions using ServiceNow FSO capabilities.
  • Drive integration of ServiceNow with core insurance platforms such as Guidewire, Duck Creek, or legacy policy administration systems.
  • Ensure seamless automation of policy servicing, claims management, and underwriting processes on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Provide strategic advisory services to insurance firms on leveraging ServiceNow for operational excellence.
  • Lead ServiceNow demonstrations and workshops for clients to showcase capabilities and potential ROI.
  • Develop and deliver best practices, governance models, and continual improvement strategies for ServiceNow implementations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, architects, and business analysts to implement solutions effectively
