About The Position

Product Roadmapping & Strategy Support: Assist in developing and maintaining product roadmaps, aligning with business goals and collaborating with internal teams. Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with stakeholder teams to drive successful platform capability development and launches. Requirement Gathering and Documentation: Gather product requirements through stakeholder communication and translate them into user stories or technical specifications. Product Capability Launch Support: Support the execution of new capabilities and coordinate product launches. Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Analyze product performance metrics to guide improvements and inform future iterations. Stakeholder Communication & Training: Communicate updates and provide training or product materials to internal/external stakeholders. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience in digital marketing, technology, or a related field, with a focus on product management or business analysis.
  • Proficiency in analytics and tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau); ability to analyze data and extract actionable insights.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactive attitude.
  • Familiarity with financial services domains (e.g., payments, wealth management) and regulatory considerations.
