The Assistant Vice President of Philanthropy Brand Communications leads brand communications strategy and initiatives for philanthropic audiences, supporting the Division of Philanthropy's revenue and engagement goals. The position leads a team of producers, writers, editors, designers, and publicists, working across the Division of Philanthropy, Dana-Farber Cancer Institute (DFCI), and with DFCI Communications to ensure that philanthropy brand creative and content is optimized for philanthropic audience engagement and in alignment with the DFCI brand. The Assistant Vice President of Philanthropy Brand Communications reports to the Vice President of Philanthropy Communications and Marketing. Internal DFCI title is Assistant Vice President, Philanthropy Communications. Located in Boston and the surrounding communities, Dana-Farber Cancer Institute is a leader in life changing breakthroughs in cancer research and patient care. Manage a 17-person brand communications team (including creative, editorial and brand content, and media relations) responsible for the development of brand communications strategy and initiatives to produce more than 1400 projects annually.
