Our Home Study and Post Release Services (HS/PRS) program is dedicated to making a significant impact on the lives of unaccompanied children aged 0 - 17 1/2. Referred through shelters or trust foster care providers, these children rely on our continuous support throughout their journey from the Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) to their parents or sponsors. We can guide and empower these children and sponsors through an unfamiliar system, which makes a great difference. Cayuga Centers seeks a dedicated and highly organized leader for the Assistant Vice President (AVP) of Case Management position in the HS/PRS program. As the AVP of Case Management, responsibilities will include serving as a secondary liaison with ORR and supervising Regional Directors of Case Management across the multiple hub locations. The AVP will also audit the quality of the Case Management processes and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance with ORR state guidelines, and high-quality services for all minors and their families.
