About The Position

The AVP II, IT Business Management works closely with the CRSO Business Management Lead on financial planning & analysis, workforce analytics & planning, business performance reporting, and operational expense management. This role should have solid understanding of accounting practices, financial reporting, and GAAP. Software proficiency like QuickBooks, Sage, or SAP, as well as Microsoft Office. In addition, this person should have strong data analysis, mathematics and analytics skills, and great attention to detail.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work confidently in Excel and financial data sets
  • Experience or aptitude in financial planning, forecasting, varaiance analysis, and reporting
  • Ability to analyze workforce and operational data to support resource planning and optimization
  • High attention to detail with a disciplined approach to data accuracy and reconciliation
  • Clear, concise communication skills to present data and insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Solid understanding of accounting practices and financial reporting.
  • Software proficiency like QuickBooks, Sage, or SAP, as well as Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

  • Translate financial and workforce data into clear, actionable insight for leadership
  • Build and maintain accurate forecasts, budgets, and performance report with strong attention to detail
  • Proactively identify trends, risks and opportunities across spend and resource utilization
  • Partner effectively with business and technical leaders to support informed decision-making
  • Take ownership of deliverables, manage competing priorities, and follow through without being asked
