Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President, Digital Sales - Agentic AI The Digital Advisor / Sales will join a highly skilled team focused on advancing digital solutions across a targeted portfolio of accounts. This position is instrumental in addressing emerging challenges within industry sectors such as Consumer Goods, Retail, Hi-Tech & Manufacturing, and Banking & Financial Services, supporting Genpact's Sales and Transformation Services community. Recently, the Agentic sales team has achieved considerable growth, securing new clients and expanding digital engagement with existing customers. The Digital Advisor / Sales will be responsible for identifying, shaping, and closing revenue-generating opportunities in both new and established accounts, leveraging curated and repeatable offerings to drive transformation within specified vertical industries. This role integrates advanced digital solutions with strong domain expertise, enabling the development of innovative strategies and thought leadership initiatives.

  • Skilled at leveraging innovative digital technologies to address business challenges, integrating digital software, SaaS products, and transformation service solutions effectively.

  • Displays strong business acumen in services, with commercial awareness and the ability to develop solutions, prepare estimates, and negotiate deals, actively supporting the sales cycle alongside Genpact's Sales and Transformation Services teams.
  • Capable of engaging and collaborating effectively with C-level executives on the client side.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor in building relationships, partnering with Genpact Sales, SMEs, and Solution Architects, and supporting clients in evaluating complex business challenges.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of client businesses and digital technologies to develop transformative value propositions.
  • Proactively seek, identify, and cultivate new opportunities for our proprietary Agentic SaaS solution.
  • Provide domain expertise and digital solution support to internal teams, participating in RFIs, RFPs, proactive bids, client-facing envisioning sessions, demonstrations, assessments, and workshops.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional Genpact teams-including Subject Matter Experts, Experience, and Digital Delivery-to evaluate and scope new opportunities.
  • Manage revenue and booking targets for assigned SaaS products, ensuring revenue forecasts and status are accurately maintained within the enterprise CRM system.
  • Contribute to expanding Genpact's market presence by assisting in the development of new offerings and thought leadership initiatives.
  • Oversee delivery estimates, solution design, and pricing for proposed client solutions; work closely with Genpact and client legal teams during the creation and review of commercial agreements, including License/SaaS agreements, SOWs, and change requests.
  • This position reports to the Global Agentic Growth Leader.
  • The Senior Digital Advisor/Seller will collaborate with Genpact Sales, Solutions, SMEs, partner (Microsoft) account teams, and other consulting leaders to successfully establish, nurture, and grow client relationships, drive innovation, and secure new business.
