About The Position
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced engagement leader to serve as the Data Management leader for our Diversified Industries practice. This role focuses on driving collaboration across internal teams and clients to deliver integrated solutions that create measurable business impact. The Sr. AVP acts as a key connector, ensuring alignment between advisory, technology, and operations, while strengthening client relationships and supporting revenue growth across multiple engagements. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, client relationship management, and business acumen to achieve ambitious growth targets in a fast-paced financial landscape. They’re also responsible for enabling communication between clients, other EXL business units, internal support staff, as well as multi-functional and multi-shore project teams. This position may require frequent travel to client sites in the U.S.
