Overview At Gallagher Re, we’re looking for an ambitious and analytical Reinsurance Broker to join our growing team in Greensboro. You’ll play a key role in expanding our roster of accounts, delivering best-in-class support, and driving new business production. This is a client-facing role where you’ll collaborate with a dynamic team to develop innovative solutions, retain existing clients, and contribute to product development. Requirements

Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 3 years of prior relevant experience, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

You’ll partner with actuaries and catastrophe modelers to analyze insurance risks at a portfolio level, advising clients on reinsurance treaty structures to mitigate risks and improve capital efficiency.
You’ll prepare, market, and complete reinsurance placements, ensuring all documentation is accurate and timely. You’ll also coordinate internal resources, such as analytics, contracts, and client services, to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
As a thought leader, you’ll conduct research on industry topics, develop content for clients and prospects, and contribute to conferences and publications. You’ll also join at least one Product Vertical or Segment (e.g., Property, Casualty, Professional Liability, Surety) to help shape our global production strategy.
