About The Position

Reporting to the CFO, the ideal candidate will be responsible for the Company’s treasury activities, including liquidity management, banking relationships, debt and capital markets, working capital optimization, and credit risk management. The role also has direct management and oversight responsibility for the Company’s commercial floor plan financing program, which supports dealer and customer inventory financing. Treasury & Liquidity Own enterprise-wide cash management, liquidity planning, and short-term investment strategies to ensure sufficient funding for operations and strategic initiatives Manage banking relationships, credit facilities, and debt issuances, including covenant compliance and reporting Establish and maintain treasury policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard assets and mitigate financial risk Lead cash flow forecasting, liquidity stress testing, and ad hoc analysis as required Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable: Provide oversight of accounts receivable to streamline collections and reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) Oversee accounts payable to strategically manage cash outflows while maintaining strong vendor relationships Sponsor and drive process improvements and automation initiatives across the AR and AP functions Credit Risk Management: Establish, approve, and maintain the credit risk framework governing dealer terms, credit limits, and escalation thresholds Oversee dealer credit performance, including delinquencies, defaults, and compliance, in coordination with CountryPlace Mortgage Escalate material credit risks to executive leadership as appropriate Commercial Floorplan Financing: · Primary point of contact for commercial floorplan lenders Lead the negotiation and execution of floorplan agreements, amendments, and repurchase provisions Partner with Legal and Accounting to ensure contractual compliance, proper accounting treatment, and enforceability Monitor program-level performance, utilization trends, and risk indicators, escalating material issues to executive leadership as appropriate Leadership & Strategic Support: Lead, mentor, and develop teams across Treasury, Credit, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable functions Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Legal, and Accounting to support the Company’s growth strategy while maintaining disciplined credit and liquidity risk management Serve as a senior advisor to the CFO on liquidity management, working capital optimization, capital structure, and dealer financing strategy · BS in Accounting or Finance · 10+ years of relevant experience · Advanced Excel skills · 4 years of management experience Excellent analytic, organization skills and attention to detail Opportunities for promotion and growth Strong mentors and tight-knot accounting & finance team culture Exposure to major banking institutions and debt structuring Cavco Industries is committed to providing equal employment opportunity without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, or any other protected status with respect to recruitment, hiring, promotion and other terms and conditions of employment. Requirements

  • BS in Accounting or Finance
  • 10+ years of relevant experience
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • 4 years of management experience
  • Excellent analytic, organization skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities
