This position involves the collection and receipting of all City revenue. Performs various accounting functions, such as accounts receivable and payable. Work also involves the preparation of complex accounting and financial reports. Responsibility includes maintaining control of all receipts of the City of Bay City. Work is completed through considerable independent judgment and initiative within established policies and procedures. An employee in this position may be called upon to do any or all of the following essential functions.
