About The Position

Assist the Tollgate Supervisor with the entire tollgate process and make sure vehicles are entering the Kauffman Stadium/Truman Sports Complex in an efficient and quick manner.

Requirements

• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must be able to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.
• Must be able to operate an electronic scanning device.
• Must be able to work all Royals home games
• Available to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be reliable and be able to follow specific job duties.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must undergo and pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Enforce approved tollgate procedures to staff, including proper collection of credit card transactions.
• Help schedule Tollgate Operators staff for each game day
• Ensure Guest Service Program is implemented.
• Be constantly aware of surroundings
• Be alert to guests needing first aid, transportation or parking pass assistance
• Help set up and remove tollbooth equipment between events
• Other duties as assigned
