About The Position

We’re looking for a warm, enthusiastic, and committed Assistant Teacher to join our toddler classroom team. If you love supporting young children as they learn, explore, and grow, this role offers a meaningful opportunity to make a daily impact. The Learning Experience At The Learning Experience, we make early education joyful, engaging and fun so children are happy to learn, play and grow. Our curriculum focuses on the six ages and stages of early childhood development and engages children in hands-on learning activities that encourage them to explore and solve problems at their own rate of development. This forms a foundation for kids to Learn, Play and Grow under the care of our nurturing teachers and staff. At TLE®, we’ve created a full cast of characters that become our little learners’ educators, partners and friends through their preschool education journey. Each character has a unique personality and area of interest and brings learning to life by allowing children to explore the world through fun and imagination. Requirements

  • Experience working with children (ages 1–3)
  • Flexibility to work within the 7:00 AM–6:00 PM schedule
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Nice To Haves

  • Education in Early Childhood Education or a related field is a plus
  • CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)

Responsibilities

  • Partner with lead teachers to deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities and routines
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating classroom environment
  • Support daily care needs, including diapering, feeding, and smooth transitions
  • Build trusting, positive relationships with children, families, and fellow staff
  • Observe and document developmental milestones and classroom behaviors
