About The Position

Responsibilities: Create and submit purchase orders, check requests, and contract requests Collect monthly receipts for department credit card charges and submit for reconciliation Manage inventory, organization, and replenishment of donor marketing and stewardship materials Prepare donation receipts Assemble, prepare and mail donor stewardship communications, including birthday cards and new donor packets Assist in entering, updating, and auditing donor records based on incoming and outgoing donor communications Assist the Development & Marketing team in cultivating strategies to implement all aspects of the donor journey including gift receipting and donor stewardship Support donor and client events by assisting with RSVPs, preparing event details, engaging with donors and clients, and providing on-site assistance as needed Respond to donor inquiries with discretion, professionalism, and gratitude while escalating issues when appropriate Other duties as assigned Qualifications Requirements: Growing relationship with Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior as an active member of a Bible believing and preaching ministry Passionate about the mission of PPC Pro-life in word and pro-love in action Nonprofit experience preferred Ability to work effectively with staff and volunteers Excellent communication and time management skills High level of confidentiality Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Office products Ability to work a Monday-Friday schedule with flexibility to work PPC events as assigned Ability to work at a desk with a computer screen for extended periods of time, occasionally perform physical activities that require moving one’s whole body, such as walking, stooping, pushing/pulling a cart, and lifting up to 20 pounds without assistance
