About The Position
The Associate Teen Advisor supports the Boys & Girls Club Teen Program by helping deliver safe, engaging, and well-organized activities for teen members. This position works directly with youth and assists the Teen Advisor with daily program operations, supervision, and activity implementation while maintaining full compliance with Club policies and youth development standards.

Nice To Haves
- Previous experience working with youth preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, preparing, and facilitating structured teen activities and programs
- Supervise members during teen center hours to ensure safety, engagement, and positive behavior
- Support setup and cleanup of program spaces and materials
- Reinforce Club rules, expectations, and positive youth development practices
- Encourage participation, teamwork, and respectful behavior among members
- Assist with attendance tracking and program documentation
- Chaperone approved volunteer projects, events, and trips
- Help support special events and fundraising activities
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming program environment
- Communicate concerns, incidents, or behavioral issues to the Teen Advisor or site leadership
- Serve as a positive role model for teen members
