Role Overview This position reports directly to the Shred Plant Team Lead and is instrumental in: Maintaining continuous workflow in a fast-paced high-movement environment Supporting and directing team members during daily production Ensuring safety, sort accuracy, quality, and machine throughput meet or exceed standards Operating sit-down forklifts and other industrial machinery Communicating critical adjustments to the team and leadership This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll be expected to both execute and guide others, not from a desk, but shoulder-to-shoulder on the floor. Day-to-Day Accountabilities Operate sit-down forklift in fast-paced environment Load/unload pallets product with accuracy Work with Team Lead to adjust production logic in real-time Monitor and reinforce team adherence to SOPs and company guidelines Support new team members and assist in onboarding Help to ensure no time, motion, or material is waste Maintain clear, clean, and safe work zones What This Role Is Not It’s not a desk job. Requirements

3+ years’ operating sit-down forklifts in fast-paced production settings
At least 1 year in a leadership role in operations, warehouse, or manufacturing
High attention to detail
Comfortable with assisting in real-time decisions when logic shifts under pressure
Ability to lift 50+ lbs., work on your feet, and stay engaged throughout the shift
Must pass background check and drug screen

Responsibilities
