About The Position

$1000 sign on bonus and the advertised rate of pay a f ter 6 months . Your starting rate of pay is $3 per hour less. Full-time shifts, 8:30am-5:30pm with 1 hour lunch. Part-time shifts, 30 hours per week, 12:30pm - 6:30pm. 25 hours per week, 1:30pm - 6:30pm. 20 hours or less per week with flexible start times. Start time can be anywhere between 2:30 pm and 4 pm and work until 6:30 pm. AM/PM split shift available. Add AM hours to any PM shift and get paid for travel time. AM hours are 6:30am - 8:30am Candidate must be 18 and have a High School diploma or GED. College students enrolled in education or a related field or anyone with daycare experience is preferred but not necessary. Candidate must be willing to take at least 3 online education courses to achieve their CDA. 95% of the cost of tuition and books are covered. There is also the opportunity to achieve an Associate's and/or Bachelor's Degree in ECE with 95% of the costs covered. Yearly raise and bonuses. Full time employees (35 - 40 hours per week) receive PTO; Paid vacation. Paid Holidays. Paid sick/personal days. Part time employees receive paid holidays Employees with children that attend the center only pay 10%. For Full timers: Health Care and 401K with company match. For college students: Mon - Fri preferred but not necessary. We will try to work around your class schedule.
