Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ year experience in a licensed childcare setting preferred
• Strong organizational, decision-making, and relationship-building skills
• Flexible, adaptable, and passionate about working with children

Responsibilities

• Support daily lesson plans and maintain a safe, structured classroom
• Communicate professionally with children, parents, and team members
• Track child progress using technology and participate in classroom activities
• Foster creativity, empathy, and engagement
• Demonstrate commitment to professional growth and willingness to advance into a Lead Teacher role
