The Learning Experience – Beltline is looking for a reliable, positive, and caring Assistant Teacher to support our classrooms and help create a welcoming, engaging environment for young children. Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Experience in a childcare, daycare, or preschool setting preferred
• ECE coursework or degree is a plus
• Must meet Michigan state licensing requirements
• Dependable, positive, and team-oriented

Responsibilities

• Support the Lead Teacher in daily classroom activities and routines
• Help create a safe, organized, and nurturing classroom environment
• Assist with hands-on learning activities using our L.E.A.P. curriculum
• Encourage positive behavior and support children’s social and emotional development
• Share daily updates with families about their child’s day
• Help maintain classroom cleanliness and follow health and safety guidelines
• Work closely with your teaching team and leadership to meet licensing and school standards
