This position is responsible for supporting the efficient loading of outbound trucks and leading the outbound crew by example. You’ll help ensure accuracy, keep operations running smoothly, and maintain a positive, team-oriented atmosphere in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum 1–2 years of previous warehouse experience
• Self-starter with the ability to work efficiently with and without direct supervision
• Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
• Good oral and written communication skills; ability to speak, read and write in English in order to understand and process paperwork
• Ability to use and understand portable communications within a warehouse environment
• Ability to operate all warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, racking systems, trailers) safely and responsibly
• Strong computer skills, preferably including experience with Produce Pro
• Availability for a 2:00 AM start time

Responsibilities

• Operate warehouse programs and technology (including Produce Pro) to plan efficient routes and complete daily tasks
• Lead and motivate the outbound team through example
• Assist with maintaining accurate warehouse inventory
• Load trucks efficiently and safely
• Maintain 100 PPH
• Identify and solve problems within a fast-paced environment
• Support supervisors and managers with tasks as needed
• Guide pickers through final cleanup
• Treat all employees with respect and professionalism
• Communicate effectively across departments
• Other duties may be assigned
