The Assistant Superintendent for Human Resources is an executive level administrator providing leadership and strategic direction in support of the Superintendent and Governing Board while overseeing day-to-day operations of all facets of the employment program to maximize educational opportunities for each student. This role requires the ability to lead change and lead people; the ability to meet District goals with a focus on results; the possession of business acumen, and the ability to build coalitions. The qualified individual must be able to lead and manage, and ensure that targeted goals and initiatives are achieved.
