About The Position

We’re looking for an Assistant Superintendent to join our General Contracting team! In this role, you’ll support the Superintendent overseeing field operations, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to our quality standards. This is a great opportunity to grow your construction leadership skills while contributing to high-impact commercial projects. What You'll Do Support day-to-day jobsite operations alongside the Superintendent Assist in scheduling subcontractors, vendors, and inspections to keep the project on track Participate in site coordination, logistics, and safety meetings Walk the site daily to monitor safety and performance; complete safety audits Help manage and maintain field documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and compliance records Coordinate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to resolve field issues Track punch lists and support project closeout to ensure smooth turnover Maintain a professional jobsite and reinforce quality expectations What Success Looks Like You’ll thrive in this role if you’re a proactive communicator who takes ownership of your work and enjoys being in the field. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • A minimum of two (2) years of field experience at a construction company

Nice To Haves

  • An Associate (AS) degree in Business Administration, Construction Management or similar
  • A minimum of three (3) years field experience at a construction company as a Foreman, or equivalent role
  • A minimum of three (3) years field experience at a construction company as a Foreman, or equivalent role

Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day jobsite operations alongside the Superintendent
