Manage of overall general construction budgets and safety programs. Comprehend all design documents and review shop drawings. Develop material procurement lists and incorporate into master schedule. Establish and monitor QC program. Value-engineer throughout projects. Effectively communicate and coordinate with all project team members. Make sound decisions and seek creative solutions to problems using all available resources. Create Raving Fans and sell additional work. Travel for projects as needed.
