An Orangetheory Fitness Assistant Studio Manager is responsible for managing studio operations and activities and works with his/her Studio Manager to develop and build the member community at the studio. As an Assistant Studio Manager you will be responsible for providing leadership and daily direction to the sales and group personal training teams in our facility. As the lead for the sales function, the ASM must execute a lead generation / marketing plan to increase fitness program sales as well as promote the health and wellness benefits that are associated with a healthy lifestyle. This leader must possess a high caliber approach to coaching and team development. The Assistant Studio Manager will represent the company by living an active and healthy lifestyle and is responsible for the smooth running of his/her studio. Mandatory RETAIL HOSPITALITY or HEALTH + FITNESS MANAGEMENT and SALES experience, including PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT experience. Part of the job requirements is meeting or exceeding monthly sales and revenue goals.
