Requirements

Fitness Certification: Personal or Group Training; ACE, NASM, NSCA, AFAA & ACSM
CPR and AED Certified.
Passion for health and fitness.

Flexible schedule with the ability to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service to members and guests by helping them book workouts.
Educate guests on our services and programs to help them achieve their best results.
Lead studio preview tours with new guests and fitness program members.
Conduct telephone inquiries, follow-up calls, and customer care calls to promote studio growth and retention.
Attend community events and outreach activities to build the Orangetheory Fitness brand.
Take a proactive approach to achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance goals.
Maintain a professional and impeccably clean studio for guests and team members.
The Assistant Studio Manager role is a full-time position. Our studio is open seven days a week; this position is scheduled for a combination of morning, evening, and weekend shifts.
