Maintain a customer-first approach, supporting sales efforts and assisting in achieving business targets, balancing service and results. Assist with customer interactions, proactively resolving issues, and using conflict resolution skills to support a positive experience. Perform routine cleaning and light maintenance and promptly report any issues to ensure the facility remains safe, secure, functional, and appealing. Support facility management tasks by working with business partners to control expenses, increase revenue, and ensure efficient operations.
