Assistant Store Manager - Store 1445
About The Position
The Assistant Manager role is a full-time, hourly position that serves as a key holder for the store and acts as the manager on duty (MOD) when the Store Manager is absent or when business demands require it. This position is responsible for assisting in the management of an automotive retail service and repair store's operations. The primary goal is to meet or exceed service standards and achieve Monro’s performance and profitability objectives. The Assistant Manager is also expected to ensure that all teammates provide exceptional 5 Star service to guests, which includes effective communication of vehicle issues and solutions, and consistently meeting guest expectations for service timeframes and quality.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a key holder for the store
- Serve as the manager on duty (MOD) in the absence of the Store Manager, or when demand requires it
- Assist in managing the operations of an automotive retail service and repair store
- Meet or exceed service standards
- Achieve Monro’s performance and profitability goals
- Ensure that all teammates deliver exceptional 5 Star service to guests
- Ensure effective communication of vehicle issues and proposed solutions to guests
- Consistently meet guest expectations for time commitments and quality
