The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for assisting with store operations, customer service, and team development. This role involves a variety of day-to-day store activities, including helping customers, organizing and transferring merchandise, performing opening and closing procedures, and processing corporate directives. The Assistant Store Manager also maintains promotional displays, assists with ordering and record keeping, ensures loss prevention, and maintains store cleanliness and organization. A key part of the role is to help supervise, train, and develop Store Associates, fostering a positive, safe, and respectful environment for both customers and staff.
