At LG, we strive to make Life Good for Everyone. A Smart Factory Associate with coding skills, maintains and programs interconnected manufacturing systems. These roles involve coding (Python, PLCs) for robot arms, IoT devices, and automation systems to optimize production. Key skills include troubleshooting, AI implementation, and data analytics.

Requirements

  • Engineering degrees is preferred. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a title. (Statistics or other majors are also possible)
  • Working knowledge and ability to use MS Office applications, specifically MS Excel and MS PowerPoint for reports, data analysis, etc.
  • Good communication skills with system developers in Korea.
  • New hire or manufacturing company experience.
  • Bilingual (Korean-English) preferred

Responsibilities

  • PLC Programming
  • Coding robot logic
  • C# (C sharp) for ACS Robotics
  • Python experience reporting automation
  • AGS and MGS data base experience
  • System Integration collecting real time data from working systems
  • Data Analytics
  • Manage for Team KPIs & Personal KPIs.
  • Weekly report and monthly KPI report preparation
  • Purchasing-related EP process, asset management, etc.
  • Support for tasks that require team work
