About The Position
Jiffy Lube, America's leader in vehicle preventive maintenance services with over 2,000 locations, is seeking talented candidates for an Assistant Store Manager position. Stonebriar Auto Services, the fastest-growing Jiffy Lube franchise, is looking for individuals to take their career to the next level. As a member of the location management team, the Assistant Store Manager will provide hands-on leadership, training, safety guidance, motivation, and direction to store teammates. The goal is to ensure operational objectives, store financial performance, and guest service meet or exceed company goals, while fostering an energetic and fun working environment. This role also involves frequently performing the duties of other store team members, such as Lube Techs and Mechanics / Certified Technicians, as needed due to business demands, team member absences, or other factors.
Requirements
- Stable work history in a physical environment
- Supervisory experience
- A current and valid driver's license
