About The Position
Jiffy Lube, America's leader in vehicle preventive maintenance services, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for Stonebriar Auto Services, one of its fastest-growing franchises. This role is part of the location management team and involves providing hands-on leadership, training, safety guidance, motivation, and direction to store teammates. The goal is to ensure operational objectives, store financial performance, and guest service meet or exceed company goals, while fostering an energetic and fun working environment. The Assistant Store Manager will frequently perform duties of other team members, such as Lube Techs and Mechanics/Certified Technicians, as needed due to business demands or team member absences.
Requirements
- Stable work history in a physical environment with supervisory experience
- A current and valid driver's license

Responsibilities
- Providing "hands-on" overall leadership, training, safety guidance, motivation, and direction to store teammates
