Pay + Perks Up to $21/hour + Monthly Profit-Sharing Bonus 3 Weeks PTO + Paid Holidays Medical, Dental, Vision + 401(k) Match Employee Discounts + Loyalty Rewards Growth Opportunities (promote from within) Weekly Pay Bilingual candidates may earn additional pay Who Succeeds in This Role Leads from the front and drives sales results Coaches others while staying actively involved in selling Builds strong customer relationships and closes consistently Holds self and team accountable to goals What You’ll Do Drive sales through customer engagement, follow-up, and closing deals Coach and support the team to meet performance goals Assist with customer accounts, agreements, and post-sale follow-up Support Store Manager in daily operations and store performance Maintain showroom standards, inventory accuracy, and customer experience Step in to lead the store when needed Leadership Supervise and support a small team (1–3 employees) Provide coaching, feedback, and accountability Help train team members on sales and customer experience Requirements What We’re Looking For 1+ year leadership or supervisory experience preferred Strong background in sales or retail Proven ability to meet or exceed goals Strong communication and coaching skills Results-driven, organized, and reliable Schedule Full-time (40 hours/week) Monday–Friday: 10am–7pm, Saturday: 10am–6pm (required), Sunday: Closed Additional Information Blue Ocean Brands does not conduct routine pre-employment drug testing but may require testing in cases such as reasonable suspicion, workplace accidents, or as required by law
Requirements
- 1+ year leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong background in sales or retail
- Proven ability to meet or exceed goals
- Strong communication and coaching skills
- Results-driven, organized, and reliable
