The Oregon Department of Justice Criminal Justice Division is seeking an experienced law enforcement leader to serve as Assistant Special Agent-in-Charge (Law Enforcement Manager 2 or ASAC). This is a sworn, permanent, full-time, management service position, with full police powers. The primary purpose of this position is to lead/oversee/manage the operations of the Organized Crime Section, the District Attorney Assistance Section, the Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force, and the Cooperative Disability Investigation Unit (CDIU). Oversight duties are divided between the three ASAC positions, and include program, personnel, case and grant management. This position has direct oversight of both special agents, analysts, and civilians.
