What will make you successful? 1-2 years of management customer service experience (Spa experience a plus+) Proven success in attracting and retaining talent/building successful teams Ability to promote the health and wellness benefits of both massage therapy and facials Manage administrative tasks including, but not limited to payroll, scheduling, inventory, and reporting Ability to work flexible schedule including days/evenings/weekends/holidays Knowledge and understanding of all spa services and product lines Customer and team focused Sales Driven High level of passion and enthusiasm for your job What’s in it for you?
