Requirements

• 1-2 years of management customer service experience (Spa experience a plus+)
• Proven success in attracting and retaining talent/building successful teams
• Ability to promote the health and wellness benefits of both massage therapy and facials
• Manage administrative tasks including, but not limited to payroll, scheduling, inventory, and reporting Ability to work flexible schedule including days/evenings/weekends/holidays
• Knowledge and understanding of all spa services and product lines Customer and team focused
• Sales Driven
• High level of passion and enthusiasm for your job
