As Assistant Spa Manager, you will be responsible for: Assist in the daily operations of the spa Manage spa boutique with mindful eye to detail and to meet sales goals Ensures each guest has a phenomenal and consistent experience Proactively address and manage operational and staff concerns and issues Typical schedule is Wednesday-Sunday with flexibility for evening hours as scheduled Preference for 2+ years work experience in a day spa, hotel/hospitality, retail management and/or cosmetics sales/management position. Experience in client/guest relations and management is necessary. Additional desired skills include: leadership, excellent customer service and problem-solving skills, team-player, positive attitude, computer, organizational, retailing, and training.
