About The Position

The Assistant Slot Shift Manager reports to the Slot Shift Manager on duty. Responsible for assisting in managing and supervising slot operations on an assigned shift. Monitors slot floor activity to ensure efficiency and positive guest services. Performs all other duties assigned in accordance with Quechan slot department business needs and the needs of the company. Apply Today!

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• two years of experience in slot operations
• six months in a supervisory or lead capacity
• Must be 21 years of age
• Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screen, random drug and controlled substance abuse tests, background investigation, obtain and maintain gaming license(s) in Arizona and California

Nice To Haves

• Native American preference and/or experience with Native American culture and government preferred
• Tribal preference given to enroll Tribal Members
