In this role, you’ll provide daily support and guidance to Site Supervisors, helping ensure clear communication, smooth operations, and a strong focus on safety. You’ll coach and mentor team members, creating a fair and supportive work environment where people can grow and succeed. Part of your work will include improving processes, keeping operations organized, and making sure teams have what they need to be productive. Safety is a top priority, and you’ll set the example for following company standards. Flexibility is key, as you may step in for supervisors or managers, handle emergencies, and adjust to changing schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
