We help our customers keep their vehicles spotless with ease while delivering exceptional service. About the Role: This is a hands-on leadership position designed to develop future General Managers. As an Assistant Manager, you’ll work closely with the Site Manager to oversee daily operations, support and develop your team, and ensure a smooth, high-quality customer experience. This role is active and primarily outdoors, requiring strong leadership, adaptability, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Work alongside the Site Manager to ensure the facility runs efficiently and safely.
  • Maintain all equipment through routine cleaning, maintenance, and necessary repairs.
  • Monitor and restock supplies, including chemicals and operational materials.
  • Develop a strong understanding of wash systems, equipment, and chemical applications to ensure optimal performance.
  • Assist in scheduling, staffing, and daily team coordination.
  • Help train new hires and support ongoing employee development.
  • Enforce safety procedures and company standards while fostering a positive, team-oriented work environment.
  • Hold team members accountable and support disciplinary processes when needed.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by maintaining a professional and positive demeanor at all times.
  • Resolve customer concerns quickly and effectively, ensuring every guest leaves satisfied.
  • Assist in handling customer claims and escalations, and be knowledgeable about services, operations, and what sets Glow apart from competitors.
  • Support daily cash handling procedures and ensure all pay stations are properly stocked and functioning.
  • Monitor labor and sales performance, assist with payroll accuracy, and report any discrepancies appropriately.
  • Follow all company policies regarding cash handling and expense management.
  • Drive site-level sales by supporting promotions and coaching team members on customer engagement.
  • Help maintain performance tracking tools such as leaderboards and contribute ideas to grow membership and customer retention.
  • Participate in team meetings and engagement initiatives to build a strong, motivated staff.
