Requirements
- Demonstration of the competencies: Motivating others, Planning work for others, Managing conflict, Managing and measuring work, and Complying with policies and procedures at The University of Texas at Austin, typically acquired by a Bachelor's Degree, one year of experience as a teacher or administrator of a licensed child care facility and the university's Transition to Management Certificate (or equivalent).

Nice To Haves
- Degree in child related field.
- Previous experience working as a director or assistant director of a licensed child development center.
- Previous experience working in an accredited child development center.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Stable work history.
Responsibilities
- Maintain all enrollment and staff records including immunizations.
- Supervise classrooms and staff at the program.
- Give tours, communicate daily with parents and visitors.
- Assist with maintaining requirements of Child Care Licensing and Accreditation standards as well as requirements for health and safety.
- Assist with staffing the program and hiring new employees.
- Other related functions as assigned.
