Responsibilities

  • Driving the business on a day to day level while maximizing shops financial potential.
  • Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Reporting on Shop numbers to Senior Leadership and owners.
  • Manage day to day scheduling and book coverage.
  • Maintain the overall visual shop appearance per brand standards
  • Perform monthly inventory, minimize shrink, and maintain ordering levels.
  • Book optimization on a daily and weekly basis.
  • Leading from behind the chair 50% of the time performing services on clients.
  • Monitor shop inventory: regularly check back bar and retail supplies, place orders when needed to meet supply level standards. May assist with stocking products, tools and supplies. May support inventory management at the direction of Senior leadership/owners.
  • Ensures that all company procedures and policies, federal, state and local regulations are followed.
  • Ensures adherence to Drybar’s Timekeeping Policy
  • Responsible for reporting all time worked for self and others, including any work performed off shop premises, in a timely fashion to immediate supervisor.
  • Maintains awareness around promotion and merchandising content.
  • Responsible for providing the team with weekly Pipeline information.
  • Thorough understanding of team member handbook and all company policies, processes and procedures
  • Inspire team on a daily basis
  • Lead client experience from check in to check out ensuring Drybar standards are always upheld.
  • Help resolve client concerns with confidence and care
  • Lead team member responsibilities: assign clients to stylists, delegate tasks to bartenders and stylists, execute meal periods and break schedules.
  • Represent and lead from Drybar’s 10 core values, our Heart & Soul.
  • Invest time in your people. Identify and mentor the future leaders of our organization.
  • Interview, onboard, and retain high quality candidates.
  • Coach and give feedback as necessary for all team members, ensuring Drybar standards are being met at all times.
  • Build relationships with Drybar’s clientele, ensuring that our clients experience only the best every visit.
  • Resolve employee relations with a mindfulness of shop morale and culture.
  • Supports shop staff with a positive morale approach and Implements problem solving strategies when needed.
