About The Position

This position is responsible for ensuring that dining room tables are cleared and properly maintained before, during and after each seating. $13.00 Per hour

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read and write English sufficiently to perform job.
• Must be able to stand and/or walk for long periods of time
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to kneel, reach and/or work around heat/water
• Must be able to maneuver throughout all areas of the property and from floor to floor either by stairways or escalator
• NJ CER LICENSE REQUIRED

Responsibilities

• Carries soiled dishes to kitchen.
• Replaces soiled linen and sets tables.
• Replenishes supply of linens, silverware and glasses in dining room and on room service carts.
• Sorts available dirty linen & counts previously sorted linen.
• Responsible for obtaining linens and ice from various locations.
• Stock side stations with linen and glassware.
• Assist Service Person as necessary.
• Completes special assignments for management above as requested.
