About The Position

Consistently demonstrates superior customer service skills by displaying outlined service behaviors. Maintains an upbeat and positive attitude, creates positive energy with gestures and sustains enthusiasm from one interaction to the next. Creates an atmosphere of luck and celebrates guest’s wins. Is ready to serve and is informed of daily information; builds relationships by greeting guests with a warm, friendly verbal greeting. Anticipates needs and provides fast, flawless service. Checks for satisfaction and effectively resolves service breakdowns when they exist. Promotes Caesars Rewards programs and card membership. Provides a warm farewell and thanks guests for visiting. $22.50 PER HOUR Responsibilities Responsible for pulling and delivering linen and supplies to hotel floors in addition to vacuuming, sweeping, polishing, dusting, etc. Maintains service areas and linen/supply storage closets, making sure that they are kept clean and tidy at all times. Strictly adheres to key control policies. Shampoo carpeting in guest room and hallways. Deliver and remove cots, cribs, extra furniture etc. from hotel guest rooms. Washes windows as assigned. Checks out equipment and cleaning supplies necessary to complete assigned tasks. Follows outlined procedures for all housecleaning duties. Reports repairs needed in work area to Supervisor. Signs in key and turns in reports to Supervisor at end of shift.

Requirements

  • Ability to read, write and speak English sufficiently to perform job.
  • Must have the ability to lift 40 lbs.
  • Must be able to make decisions and work well with others.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in hotel or comparable position preferred.
