About The Position

The Assistant Service Manager is responsible for supporting the Operations and Billing teams by performing a variety of clerical and administrative tasks. Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, One Drive) or related software
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping and filing
  • Ability to work independently
  • Experience working in a similar role is required
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Candidates must be willing to relocate before starting work as this position is required to be onsite Monday-Friday
  • Candidates must pass a drug test and background check prior to starting work
  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of the Electrical / Facility Services industry is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Assisting multiple service managers with daily tasks such as:
  • Building and submitting proposals to clients
  • Coordinating service calls with customer sites
  • Ordering and scheduling rental equipment
  • General administrative duties as they arise
