Requirements
- 1 + years’ related experience and/or related military experience, or related education/training (degree, certificate, etc.)
- Ability to effectively lead and manage people
- Ability to work flexible hours as business and/or customer needs require
- Strong customer service skills
- Keen attention to detail, high level of initiative, and the ability to work independently
Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction and Experience: Greet customers, provide repair information, resolve complaints, and ensure follow-up to guarantee satisfaction, all while upholding safety and environmental standards
- Documentation and Communication: Maintain comprehensive and accurate service records and documentation, schedule safe equipment delivery and pickup, and manage the upkeep of service department supplies and tools
- Safety and Compliance: Uphold environmental, health, and safety regulations, and ensure all vehicles meet legal requirements
