Services guests in the Market Place by ringing up items, seating guest, bussing tables, serving drinks, breaking down tables & providing excellent guest service. Essential Duties And Responsibilities Provides information to guests about The Marketplace dining experience; answers questions guests may have about The MarketPlace. Ring up items for guests in POS system. Seats guests as necessary. Greet and seat guests, take food and beverage orders. Responsible for proper serving techniques and ensuring customer satisfaction. Ensure workstation area remains well-stocked. Maintains cleanliness of cash register areas. Serve drinks & buses tables. Assists guest with food orders as needed. Provides 4 Diamond guest service to all guests. Performs other job related duties as assigned.
