We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Scheduler to support our Lead Scheduler and help keep our care operations running smoothly. As the Assistant Scheduler, you’ll play a key supporting role in our daily operations. You will work closely with the Lead Scheduler to ensure clients receive the care they need and caregivers feel supported and informed. Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Comfort with scheduling software, Microsoft Office 365, or Google Workspace
  • Ability to problem-solve and stay calm when handling last minute changes
  • Experience in scheduling, home care, or healthcare
  • A commitment to confidentiality and understanding of HIPAA guidelines
  • A team‑first mindset and a desire to make a positive impact

Responsibilities

  • Assisting the Lead Scheduler with daily caregiver and client schedule coordination
  • Answering incoming calls with professionalism, warmth, and a solutions‑focused mindset
  • Helping manage schedule changes, shift updates, and urgent staffing needs
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and client/caregiver records
  • Communicating clearly with caregivers, clients, and office staff
  • Supporting general administrative tasks that keep the office running smoothly
