Requirements
- Cosmetology license and/or barber license (licensing requirements vary by state/province)
- Great communication skills

Responsibilities
- Support scheduling, operations, and team leadership
- Mentor stylists and uphold Great Clips standards
- Ensure great customer service and efficient salon flow
- Monitor haircut times and productivity
- Cut hair as needed
